MEMOIRS of HOLLYWOOD and LA life.
The subject matter was suggested to me in early 2021 by someone in the “Save Rock and Roll" Quora space.
I told the room a silly story about my brief encounter with Alice Cooper at a local golf store called, Roger Dunn Golf.
They all had a good laugh at my naivete and it was taken all in good fun.
I was asked for more stories and I presented one more about partying with Motley Crue (Nikki Sixx and Vince Neil) in Palm springs, CA.
I was hanging out with Nikki Sixx and we accidentally woke up Vince Neil... He was not a happy camper.
I have mulled over the idea for many months and conclusively determined that these are things that just happen while living in Los Angeles.
Some people mentioned they would pay for a memoir like this. It feels very cheap and wrong to charge somebody for a memoir based upon an encounter with a Celebrity in my home town.
Therefore, I prefer to share it to you all here FREE in MEDIUM.
Living in Los Angeles I have not only been privy to provide excellent Health Care to many people in the entertainment industry but also, on a personal level by just hanging out in and about town.
I dated one of the NICEST and most gentlemanly famous ROCKSTARS, not knowing who he was until I said his name to a friend. She grabbed a CD of hers... Tossed it at me and said, “you better do some homework before you go out with this guy"... I believe JMB preferred my Naivety!
In the early 90’s, I was at a party celebrating a Reebok model who got the contract for the year.
At that time in my life I was running with the Hawaiian Tropic Swimsuit girls and Kathy Ireland ( before she got famous) among others. I said”goodbye" to Kathy when she flew out to do the photo shoot below, launching her career into Super Stardom.
The photographer of 25 years for Hugh Hefner of Playboy was also at the same party. He needed one more girl to jump nude off of a houseboat into Lake Mead along side 3 other Playboy models. He gave me the offer and the pay was excellent... I was 25, young, in shape and energetic yet in my heart something about the lifestyle just was not cut out for me.
